Presidential candidate pays parking tickets 17 years late

After 17 years, the 2008 presidential candidate Barak Obama pays his past due parking tickets to the city of Boston. Only after deciding to run for a president and before he announce his candidacy in an attempt to clean his past. That was smart, we wish all the candidates clean themselves and to know that nobody is above the law.
